Pole dancing is a challenging, rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and defined muscle tone.
Pole fitness will help improve flexibilty, posture and co-ordination.
Our pole dance classes have a maximum of 8 people per class, with 2 per pole, giving you plenty of pole time. Classes are fun and friendly, offering lots of support and encouragement.
We are currently holding classes in Mytchett, Bracknell and Wraysbury. All classes must be reserved and paid for in advance, please do not turn up without booking as there may not be space in the class for you.
