Pole Fitness

Pole is a challenging and rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and flexibility


Our Beginners pole classes are suitable for absolutely anyone! You DO NOT need to be fit and flexible to attend. 

We offer a range of different level classes making us suitable for complete newbies who consider themselves unfit, right through to advanced polers!


We teach one student per pole in every class, meaning you get the most out of your lesson. We have 9 poles in our Studio which are a mixture of 40mm and 45mm in a variety of finishes. We recommend that you wear shorts and have bare feet as skin is required to grip the pole! Our timetable is extensive, with classes running 7 days a week, so hopefully there is a class to suit you.

You can book a taster session initially, then you have the option to drop-in to any class or purchase a membership or class pack.

Private Lessons and small group bookings are also available.
