Can I just turn up for a class?

No - we teach small class numbers so all spaces must be booked in advance. Pop to our booking page to sign up and register.

Do I need to be young, fit and slim to attend?

Absolutely not!! We get asked this a lot and always try to reassure newbies that anyone is welcome. Our students range from 18 - 65, with all shapes and sizes.

And no - our equipment does not have a weight limit!

What happens if I can no longer attend?

If you booked a class but can no longer attend, log in to your account and unregister from the class for a full credit/refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the class or do not attend, then you will forfeit the class entirely without a refund.

What do I need to bring for my class?

Bring a drink as it can be thirsty work! You are welcome to bring a cloth/small towel if you wish - we supply cloths to wipe the poles down. For our mat based classes you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, although we do supply these at the Studio.  

Please remove all jewellery prior to your class.

What is the age limit for classes?

Our regular classes are for ages 16+ due to insurance restrictions.

There is no upper age limit. 

Any class labelled 'Childrens/Teens' etc will specify the age range for that class.

How much are the classes?

Can I park at the Studio?

Unfortunately we do not have onsite parking. We advise you to park in the nearby car parks for Camberley mall or the Atrium (we are a few minutes walk from there). There are also many surrounding side roads where you may be lucky enough to find a space!

Can I take photos during my class?

Your Instructor will happily take progress photos of you, which then get posted on our Facebook page/Instagram. We do not allow students to use their phones/take photos during class.

I'm a shift worker  - can I still attend?

Absolutely! You can 'drop-in' to all classes individually. Our class packs and memberships also offer huge flexibility - you do not need to attend the same class each week.

What do I need to wear?

For pole classes, we recommend you wear shorts and have bare feet as you need your skin to grip the pole!

For hoop classes, leggings and socks are needed to protect your skin from the taped hoops.

Can I join with an injury/medical condition?

Generally there isn't much that would stop you joining but please do get in touch so we can advise accordingly.

I have previous experience - which class should I join?

Please get in touch and let us know what level you are at so we can advise accordingly. Every Studio is very different so it's always best to have a chat first!
