It is with great sadness that we have had to close our Studio following the Coronavirus pandemic but we will be re-opening as soon as we are safely able to do so!
To help keep you active and fit; physically and mentally we now have a substantial timetable of online live streamed classes with our professional Instructors! You can workout in the comfort and safety of your own home or garden.

Our Studio offers a fun and exciting alternative to the gym, open to ALL fitness levels! We run a variety of classes including Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Stretch & Tone, Private Lessons and Practice Sessions.
All classes are kept to small numbers so that each student gets that personal feel and individual time with our experienced Instructors; who thrive on challenging and encouraging every student.

I went to my first class in July, I wanted to try aerial hoop but the class was booked so I went for beginners pole which was brilliant. I was nervous at first as I've not exercised in ages but the instructors were welcoming and inclusive, it wasn't a place where you're made to feel you need to be super trim and super fit. Everyone is so supportive and friendly, I recommend MBP to everyone who is interested in doing something a bit different.
