An Alternative Fitness Studio based in Camberley, Surrey.
Our Studio offers a fun and exciting alternative to the gym, open to ALL fitness levels! We run a variety of classes 7 days a week ranging from mat based to upside down at height! Learn more about our classes here.
All classes are kept to small numbers so that each student gets that personal feel and individual time with our experienced Instructors; who thrive on challenging and encouraging every student.

I went to my first class in July, I wanted to try aerial hoop but the class was booked so I went for beginners pole which was brilliant. I was nervous at first as I've not exercised in ages but the instructors were welcoming and inclusive, it wasn't a place where you're made to feel you need to be super trim and super fit. Everyone is so supportive and friendly, I recommend MBP to everyone who is interested in doing something a bit different.
