All classes are held at our exclusive, custom-built Studio; a place designed to feel like a home from home. We welcome students from all walks of life; guaranteeing to challenge and inspire each individual, with lots of laughter along the way.
Our aim is to prove that fitness really can be fun!

Meet the team!

All of our Instructors are fully insured and first aid trained. We do not randomly recruit - all of our Instructors were students at MBP who have been head-hunted and fully trained at our Studio.
