Our classes are open to anyone and everyone! We offer Taster Sessions as well as drop-ins so you can come along and try us out at any time. Whatever your fitness needs; we have something for you!
Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is a challenging, rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and flexibility. We offer a range of different level classes making us suitable for complete newbies who consider themselves unfit, right through to advanced polers! We teach one student per pole in every class, meaning you get the most out of your lesson. We have 8 poles in our Studio which are a mixture of 40mm and 45mm in a variety of finishes. We recommend that you wear shorts and have bare feet as skin is required to grip the pole!

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop is a fun and exciting way to work out! Also known as Lyra; Aerial Hoop will help you build all over muscle strength and improve your coordination and stamina. Our beginners classes are taught from the very basics so no previous experience or fitness level is required. We have 4 hoops in our Studio varying in size, with a maximum of 2 per hoop in each class. You will need to wear leggings for these classes.

Children's Pole-nastics (Age 6-15)

Our Pole-nastics classes are a great way to build confidence, strength and flexibility. Complete beginners are welcome! With a pole each and just 7 children in a class; we ensure every child is comfortable and working within their personal limits. Above all else, we make sure every class is fun and full of positivity and encouragement! Children should wear shorts and have bare feet during the class as skin is required to grip the pole. Leggings/joggers can be worn for the warmup

All Children's Instructors and Teaching Assistants have an enhanced DBS check and Safeguarding certification. Please read our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.

On-Demand Classes

We offer a range of pre-recorded classes including Splits Stretch and Leg Bums & Tums. All classes are available 247, you can do them as many times as you like and they change every month. These classes are aimed at all fitness/flexibility levels and they are mat based so you do not need any equipment to join in. Perfect for anyone looking to increase their general fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility. These classes also compliment any students doing Pole/Aerial Hoop at the Studio with us!
