Our classes are open to anyone and everyone! We offer Taster Sessions as well as drop-ins so you can come along and try us out at any time. Whatever your fitness needs; we have something for you!


Pole Fitness is a challenging, rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and defined muscle tone. We offer a range of different level classes making us suitable for all levels from complete newbies through to Advanced and you can join at any time, providing there's space. We welcome a huge variety of students each week, ranging in age, size, shape and fitness level so there's no need to be nervous! 

We teach 1 per pole in all classes; meaning you'll get the most out of your class. We have 8 poles in our Studio which are a mixture of 45mm and 40mm in a variety of finishes. We recommend that you wear shorts and have bare feet as skin is required to grip the pole!


Aerial Hoop is a fun and exciting way to work out! Also known as Lyra; Aerial Hoop will help you build all over muscle strength and tone. Our Beginners classes are taught from the very basics so no previous experience is needed. We have 4 hoops in our Studio and teach a maximum of 8 per class, so you get lots of time in the hoop. We have different size hoops suitable for all heights and shapes. We recommend that you wear leggings and socks. The hoops can cause some discomfort to the hands and backs of the knees initially.


You will work through a variety of different techniques to effectively and safely achieve greater overall flexibility in your body, incorporating exercises to help strengthen and tone the muscles. Whether you want to improve your range of movement, posture and strength or learn to do the splits – this is the class for you! This is a mat based class. 
This class is open to anyone but if you are a pole or hoop student then you will know that flexibility is fundamental to the success in a number of moves - incorporating developmental stretching at an early stage will really assist your progression. You DO NOT need to be flexible to attend this class!


You must be able to confidently invert to take part in this class.
In this class you will work on a variety of tricks and combinations; learning how to gracefully accomplish and dismount these moves in heels. You will also work on some flow and floorwork; linking and slinking everything together seamlessly!
We ask that all heels worn are strapped to your feet to avoid them coming off during class - slip on shoes will not be permitted.


We offer a range of online classes including Splits Stretch, Body Sculpt, Legs Bums & Tums & Upper Body Strength & Stretch. These classes are open to anyone and everyone and do not require any equipment! All online classes are available as a recording if you cannot make the class time; simply book on as normal and the video link will be emailed to you to do in your own time.
