Pole Fitness is a challenging, rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and defined muscle tone. We offer a range of different level classes making us suitable for all levels from complete newbies through to Advanced and you can join at any time, providing there's space. We welcome a huge variety of students each week, ranging in age, size, shape and fitness level so there's no need to be nervous!
We teach 1 per pole in all classes; meaning you'll get the most out of your class. We have 8 poles in our Studio which are a mixture of 45mm and 40mm in a variety of finishes. We recommend that you wear shorts and have bare feet as skin is required to grip the pole!
